Yes!! Sleep is the bedrock of your life. Without sleep you are more stressed, eat worse, exercise less, and are less intelligent. It's not about some macho ability to go on less sleep. You're just a high functioning, chronically s

Curious, have you read "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie? It seems like it would be a fantastic refresher for you. Every time I read that book, I feel reinvigorated and ready to connect with people around

"Why" is covered pretty extensively in the Innovator's Dilemma and Solution. I highly recommend those books!

This title is poorly worded. The singular 'it' leads the reader to think that the tumor came back, when it was the memories that came back. 'They' or 'it all' (as was in the article's title) would have bee

Except you just proved that you're an example of the exact point that the commenter was writing about. LSD and Heroin aren't really in the same category. They have completely different profiles of experience.

Kind of ridiculous that someone downvoted this. Aren't downvotes supposed to suggest that the comment detracted from the conversation? In what way am I detracting from the discussion? Disagreeing isn't a reason to downvote.

Thank you so much for your writing on this issue. I second others' motion that you should write a book, but until you do, what book would you recommend for someone who wants to get started?

Actually it's not difficult. Calculate your hourly wage (salary + benefits)/hours_worked, and value all of your time as such. It will help you a lot to avoid wasting time doing stuff you don't like that you can pay people to

You may not be losing wages, but you are losing time. I think that the 50% assumption in the model is wrong, too, but in the opposite direction. There are activities that many people can do while riding in a vehicle with no loss of quality,
