For me I have no real issue using the MacBook Pro 16" on a plane, in bed, on a couch, at a desk, etc. Much more ergonomic than AVP for every use case I've tried. (Laying in bed is especially bad with AVP). I’m sure some people wil

I have tried the magic+keyboard and trackpad with the AVP. If you connect them directly to the AVP then you can use them for lots of stuff, which works fine. But of course you have to use iPad apps. I just tried connecting the laptop and it

I have an AVP and a 16" MacBook Pro. I can't see any reason I would want to use the AVP for its display over the laptop itself. Firstly, I need the laptop's trackpad and keyboard to use the computer. So it has to be positione

They are building out rapidly. I'm not sure why you would "hear and see" them being built. But every day multiple new ones open. https://supercharge.info/

You can eat and drink with it. In my opinion, I'd rather watch a movie on my laptop or TV. It looks better and is more ergonomic.

3D movies suck and there's no difference between it being the size of a wall and being a laptop sitting on your lap or chest in bed. Field of view don't care about the "size". (I have a Vision Pro)

Also, iPads are worse personal video players than laptops. You wouldn't buy a personal video player with a 4:3 screen. Plus it doesn't stand up on its own so you can't set it on a surface to watch. You could reassemble it int

Substack makes me think blogging solutions need to have a built in email subscription feature. Otherwise, what, normal people are gonna use an RSS feed? More likely they just never come back.

What do you suggest we do? Make the headlights dimmer? The current regulations seem to allow between 500-3000 candelas.

Lazy response. No reason that can't happen too. I don't know which systems support that. Research it and report back!

The only way to block line of sight is to erect a wall in the middle of the road so I'm not sure what you want. Pointing the lights is a tradeoff between seeing in front of you and shining the light on other people who are in front of

The good news is that its now legal for the US to have LED Matrix headlights. The new Model 3 has this (among others). You get the brightness of the headlights but it blocks only the area where oncoming cars can see it. Also, for what you s

I'm not saying Cook can't launch a product. Just that he's not a product guy himself so his personal opinion isn't worth that much about what will be a good product. Apple has a good team, and most of the stuff that goes

Cook isn't a product guy. So we have no reason to think he would know a great product idea if he sees one. Apple's execution can hide problems. This thing could end up being a thing, but my gut just says no for whatever reason.
