Then they should fix that by asking in the GUI politely if you are willing to share and also explain how-to disable it easily. Just starting to collect your browsing data is a bad idea (tm) especially if your main claim is "more privac

But really it is faster and smarter :) First two words on the page after the "Introducing.." title say so. Which makes me look cynical at everything else.

Yip, the irony is that the article about this does not even load on my tablet. Perhaps because of ad blocking at dns level, perhaps not, it does paint a picture though. edit: also doesn't load on a desktop here.

The past is not always a predictable measure for the future, especially as you don't know Oracle's agenda. They might just wait until there is more money to be gained from a lawsuit or until there's more people already on ZFS

True, but it is worse than that. If you call the tax office and ask them direct questions about doing business abroad then even they still give you an answer with a disclaimer that it might not be correct.

It compiles to just about any platform you can come up with. You can build a GUI app for any platform and backend without having to change a lot of code. Builds to Linux, ARM/x86/x64, macOS, iOS, android, Windows, freeBSD and I&#x

The native Windows COM part is still good, you can create your own controls very fast and integrate it with other Windows programming languages easily. That part certainly has improved since Delphi 7.

For macOS there still isn't a 64 bit compiler from Embarcadero. They promised it will come in a future release and then you can port your firemonkey (FMX) apps. But of course that will set you back a couple of thousand in upgrades and

Agreed, turns out that it was the one I was using myself too. Until I just swapped it out for calculator plus. The only issue I had was that I wasn't able to setup a keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+C), but just figured that one out. Turns

Thanks. Pretty sure that it is not a Win7 version, your binary is from 2001 and only 100kB. In that case I'll stick with Microsoft Calculator Plus from 2005. Now if you need a binary of that... then I can post a link for you. :) Actual

Had tried to do this before and did not work. As I'm curious, just tried it again and the Win7 calc just does not want to run. So wondering why it would work on your end. Do you have an old .net runtime on your machine perchance?

The thing is that your Windows 8/7/Vista/XP versions of calc don't even run on Windows 10. The only thing you can run is the Calculator Plus that was released for XP. Of course Microsoft did remove the download for that

That's the very old style one, you could also just open it with a piece of wire. You can't easily open the lock, but as people can still walk away with the bike it isn't a real deterrent either.

I think the main difference is due to a number of reasons, an important one of them being cultural. Every kid can ride a bicycle and has a bicycle. Another reason is our infrastructure, it is pretty safe with all those bicycle lanes, so par

Dunno, I used to ride the bycicle to the school in the city which is 25km away from where I lived. So 50km (31 miles) a day at least. In the village where I grew up that was pretty common.

Run it in a VM, that way you can keep your main machine on 10.9 and experiment in the VM with things like this. I guess you already know that 10.9 is no longer supported, so you might want to consider to at least update to 10.10.
