IANAL but I think integrating AGPL code would affect the license of the rest of the codebase too: Substack would be forced to release the rest of their codebase as AGPL too. This is why AGPL is considered a "viral" license.

IMHO, the legal definition of "utility" is not necessarily useful. The law is slow, while the real world quickly becomes dependent on pieces of tech. I believe that one day the law will finally catch up and these providers will be

One suggestion: could you put the four games side-by-side when the horizontal space allows it? With a 1792px width (Macbook Pro 16) I have to scroll vertically to see all the games while there is plenty of unused horizontal space

It wouldn't add security anyway. In order to encrypt data, they first need to read it unencrypted. Thus, they can't advertise iCloud as "we can't see your pictures", because they can, in theory.
