It requires considerable operational experience and effort to run well on bare metal. Have you considered experimenting with a managed Kubernetes offering? Out of EKS, AKS, and GKE, I cannot recommend GKE highly enough. Even if you can’t us

ECS is simple to get started, but does not have a vast array of features that are necessary to run a service reliably at scale. It is possible to add many of these to ECS, but it’s left as an exercise to the reader to write up various API’s

Can you share even a smidgen of what took so long (10 years!)? From various comments over the years here and elsewhere, I’ve been led to the understanding that Python 3 was “coming soon” several times. 1. Why now? 2. Is it true this time? 3

You can just chat Monzo in the app and ask for a paper statement. They will mail you one with a official looking stamp on it. Worked fine for me when the idiotic government bureaucracy required I produce such an archaic thing.

Monzo Bank no longer requires any proof of address. They are doing this specifically to address the issue immigrants have with access to banking [0]. They are a fully licensed and regulated UK bank, and have built their entire infrastructur

The approach in this book is one of if not the best in computer science pedagogy. This book specifically is in need of significant editing. As an alternative, see the incredibly good “How To Code” class from UBCx on EdX (don’t be put off by

I’d love to hear more about this. You feel it was worth the cost? Did you do all classes online or did you go in person for some / all? Did you work in technology previously?

Thanks for this! Can you suggest a book that would be a bit more introductory and cover Algebra well? I missed out on ever understanding it properly in school and would love to try again.

Correct, the keysbags are setup so that they will decrypt when restored to the same device where the backup was taken. The other poster has a fair point to be upset, it's not at all obvious to a consumer why Google Authenticator would

Just a note, this is incorrect. Did you restore a iOS backup to a different device then the backup was originally created on? The way that sensitive data is encrypted on iOS (when the proper API's are used), certain types of data can b
