Agreed, but this move seems like a grab at Patreon and self promotion in general. Users can still put obnoxious annotations up.

the integration between the python code and SNS is relatively well documented, but it is missing examples for how to actually achieve real-world results (such as sending yourself a text message).

It is slightly strange. The related concept of 'type A' vs 'type B' personalities is useful (even if not backed by science) to bucket people based on their general behavior. But only with men do we take that single step

I'm sure that it is much more complicated than this, but I wonder how long the virus can remain immune to all previous '99%' cures? Maybe eventually we could come up with enough of these and then administer them all at once.

It's a bit disingenuous to call extinction caused by human activity "nature's hygiene process".

On mobile it asks for an email in a persistent footer that takes up 1/3 of the screen. When you type a fake email (there is no way to remove it) it brings up another footer asking if you would like to have such a footer on your own web

The issue presented at the beginning of the article is (as most philosophical issues are) one of semantics. Philosophers as I understand it use "consciousness" as the quality shared by things that are able to have experiences. A r

I like that response, but to me it raises the question as to what incorrect theories might be embedded into our daily (or even scientific) language.

For better or worse, inflation is a primary tool the government and banks use to influence their citizens' behavior. Without inflation there is no incentive to spend your money and recycle it back into the system. It can also be used t

People might have a misconception about the machine then. I had heard that the juice was easy enough to extract from the pack that you could do it with your hands. This gave me the idea that the pack basically just had juice in it already.

Up to a number x, there are approximately a = x/(log_2(x)) prime numbers. To a first approximation, we can assume that each of these numbers has b = log_2(x) bits. So to store all the prime numbers from 1 to x you need about a*b bits,
