   This fine-as-tax trend is worrying. I propose crypto burn instead. It hurts the wrongdoer while not creating bad incentive for regulators. Win-Win.

   Now they're turning that all away. It's such an irrational decision that if I were Amazon, it would raise a big red flag for me as well. Why even pick NYC in first place ? That place, and other 1st tier cities, are red tape hell
