Here's one fun use: replacing egg whites in shaken cocktails. Particularly useful for vegan friends (or anyone who feels squeamish about raw egg as an ingredient). As long as you have good shaking technique, the foam and mouthfeel get

Airbnb reimburses hosts for black swan events like these pretty often. My parents are super hosts and some local legislation shut down their Airbnb. Similar to this situation, they got a pretty generous reimbursement (but not complete). At

I think this discounts the power of Fox News and Sinclair Broadcasting. I agree it's a bit of a chicken-and-egg problem, though.

This reads like hackerman fan fiction. Not sure if I buy it. Is there a better source? Edit: OK, I just read the Twitter feed of the poster in the screenshot. This is a massive misinterpretation of what the archivists are doing. They'r

Any more details? I know one major red flag for me was all the verification Parler was requesting. SSNs, and all that. There's no way that can end well.

The flu (and news of the flu) spread much slower than COVID. The decision to keep dorms open was most likely made with limited information. To put this into perspective: many Harvard/MIT students didn't realize there was a deadly

I'm willing to bet it'll go the same way as Voat. Except Voat actually had a diversity of topics to discuss when it founded (although it turned to garbage in a few weeks), this website is laser focused on one demagogue.
