That requires your application to be vulnerable to two types of exploit in order to pull off RCE - if you are vulnerable to SQLi there are likely a whole raft of other issues which would give you a remote shell. As a standalone issue I agre

Not the OP but I'd highly recommend "Zoo City" by Lauren Beukes. Brilliantly written, gritty, bonkers-but pulsating plot set in a grimy version of Johannesburg. Loved it.

There are some timeless tips on acquisition here. Notably once more players are interested suddenly it becomes a whole lot easier to dictate terms for the deal ... like not relocating from Silicon Valley to Redmond.
