Off topic kind of - Can an LLM generate such an article? Reading such in depth experiences and consolidating advice makes me think that web is made by humans and every other day,I spot something on the web that is clearly generated from som

Because agile has itself been made so heavy weight that it is no more agile. You have product managers and then you have scrum masters and then there are meetings about whether how pure and religious we were about our agile practices, how p

Tech Bros just yesterday yelled at their lungs that AI overtake is just around the corner just like Tesla FSD and Fusion. And Quantum computing. All in for scientific progress, experimentation and failure but there's clear case of hype

We don't know is the main argument. So... Can I worship an LLM and start my own religion? Because we really don't know if consciousness requires X, Y or Z let alone what a a superior all knowing almighty's consciousness consi

Yeah .. if it's that dangerous, you wouldn't be fear mongering to jack up the stock prices to inflate whatever tiny teeny equity slice of the Pi you're having.

At this point - is this even real science? I mean for every single claim made in such papers, these claims are hard to reproduce even with the same model for a set of different inputs. LLMs have no idea they're adopting some behavior.

On the subject of Encryption ar Rest: On AWS RDS, you can't turn off encryption once you turn it on. The encryption secret keys always stay with AWS and all you can download are the public keys. So I'm not so sure what's the

Great packaging - simple interface. This is built on top of Cloudflare D1 as it clearly states but there are few things that I don't like about Cloudflare D1: You cannot download your SQLite database as is. All you can do is dump an SQ

This DRY principle has ruined so many code bases merging so many facets into one giant monster of complexity that then later has to be specialised with flags and enums that I can't count how many times I have seen such clever PRs. IMHO

I agree with every single word that you say including the part where they generate their phrases with an algorithm which I find very clever. Poor man's LLM is not meant as contempt of the art but more for the LLMs if at all.

I have lived through the hype of Big data it was a time of HDFS+HTable I guess and Hapoop etc. One can't go wrong with DuckDB+SQLite+Open/Elasticsearch either with 6 to 8 even 10 TB of data. [0]. https://duckdb.org/

I am a very anti react person but I believe that HTMX alone isn't enough. The problem that React solves (and Svelte solves much more elegantly) is not that of reactivity etc but of being able to describe your UI in terms of components
