I've been trying to figure out a way to automatically do screen captures of the Stormpulse map at various intervals. Being able to use Python ... perfect. Thank you.

I do wonder how they were doing. I tried out FiltrBox and after the trial they wanted $1k/yr for the service. Suffice to say we weren't their target market.

The site being designed in black and white just because the Que display is B/W seems strange. Are they trying to indelibly impress the fact that this thing is B/W?

The challenge comes when a business must make the majority of its revenue off those that haven't yet received the future. Still supporting IE6, aren't we?

It may be a lost cause, or not. See if they mess up. Regardless, forget features-at-large and focus on the best features, which are: 1. It works. 2. It's easy to use. You can always one-up in those categories.

Fascinating, but one bit of feedback--I really would like to pass this on to a couple of young, budding scientists, but I can't because of the examples: murder, people being stabbed with an icepick, etc. Out of all the movies this is what

I just started biking again for the first time since childhood, and I bought the $4.99 Cyclometer app for the iPhone. So I came to your site as an excited novice and I'm sort of clueless. Hard to know where to go on the home screen. I ass

I heard (but can't verify) that fathers in Norway get a lengthy (many months to year?) paternity leave, as the powers that be realized that this time meant less juvenile delinquency ergo less monetary strain (and better national economy) in

Beyond being in Portland (lovely place), this startup has green appeal. Moreover, since I've gotten to know JD, I can vouch that he'd be a cool guy to work with.

When he says 'interface element', do you take that to mean a button or what? In one sense, everything on the screen is an 'interface element' ...

Thanks! I'm pushing a many, many hour week here doing a speed improvement. Can't wait to release it (will make our severe weather maps load much faster, and add a couple levels of zoom).

Headphones and a clear schedule in front of me. A cup of tea or coffee can help. As far as music goes, have an album that you can put on infinite loop.

That's largely because it's hard to care. Browsers don't halt when fed less-than-good HTML the same way an interpreter/compiler dies when fed bad syntax.
