Not entirely correct. I've run into this problem on Catalina as well, and very often it IS a bug with the phone syncing (yes people still sync, we're not all backing up our phones to iCloud). The phone appears to be done syncing,

This does not update the shipping address for an existing order (confirmed somewhere on the Purism forums), so you will need to look out for the confirmation email and update your address at that time too.

More importantly, it was confirmed on the forum that changing your address in your account will NOT update the Librem 5 shipping address. Purism is emailing each person to get their updated address, modem preferences and give them a chance

It has to start somewhere, with hardware where it IS possible to run open-source software without too much reverse-engineering and fighting NDAs and so on. Supporting them NOW means that later, what you want, will be possible. It's an

If you’ve installed Chromium, lxd, (or in prior releases the gnome calculator), even with apt, you’ve installed snaps. Even without using the snap store. That’s the sneaky part that bothers a lot of people and makes it seem like snaps are f

Something simpler for me: most chat clients have a key combo to make newlines when pressing enter, like shift-enter or opt/alt-enter. Type hello, shift-enter-shift-enter, type your message, enter.

Hence why I’m not delving into theories about olympics and suppression. Simply observing the facts that confirmed cases are rising again and more rapidly, people appear too relaxed, and we’re very much at risk of a second wave and a bad one

Coincidence or not, I won’t theorize on it. However being here in Japan it does look like people haven’t been taking this seriously at all, not learning what is happening in other countries and how quickly it can go from negligible to night
