Oh yeah, Google is really bothering me right now with that crap! I run adblock for an accessibility reason, not just for an I hate ads reason. Stop trying to ban me from the entire internet, and especially YOutube!

I'm looking for a good feed preview addon that isn't an RSS reader! Because I kind of have that, well not really, but sort of. RSS reader extensions wouldn't be accessible to me anyway, because I use a screen reader. I just n

It's been happening since the invention of the internet. Wait, probably because that's where it came from. OK OK not the web itself, but first there was ARPANET.

Yes that's definitely newspeak! It's also the reason why I run adblock. It's gotten me in trouble a few times with streaming services, they don't love it. I still run it.

Right! I was going to say something like that. Google is in all honesty, corrupt. Then again, most big corporations are this way. Google and Microsoft seem to be a bit more than others, though.

I don't ever use one at all, even for that purpose. If I'm looking for something I use a good old-fashioned search engine.

No we should never do that! As a Christian, I would never support it! You get strange answers with LLMs as it is, so it just wouldn't be appropriate. I suppose we should ask the question, should we use an LLM for any other religious ev

Oh, this is really cool, and exactly what I'm looking for, but uh, I really wish I could test it! Thing is, I probably can't. I use a screen reader, so I doubt the interface would work for me, but maybe I'll try it, just for

Sure I believe in accessibility, just not lawsuits, yes two different things! If I don't like the way a service works, I cut ties with that particular service, and don't complain. Sometimes I'll contact them first, to advise

Please do not use that term! I cannot fly! I don't believe in that sort of thing, either. I'm libertarian, and would rather not sue over much of anything! Especially something that would lack standing. Oddly enough, I haven't

Right, A lot of times I'm searching for a filing. Or a site link. I do not ask questions when I'm doing so, that's ridiculous. I don't ask questions if I'm searching for a recipe, or something in my local area eithe

Google has put it's early 2000s history where it can't find it! In the garbage most likely, but somewhere deeper.

There was a book written about something like that in 1949. Well OK OK I'm half joking, since the book wasn't entirely about that!

Well, here's how you come to understand it. You take the time to read filings, and follow trials. Trust me, it works!

This is the worst piece of legislation ever! If the US ever passes something like this in my lifetime, I'm planning on ending it.

Well, if you follow legal cases as I do, you know that isn't true! We are surveilled just as much as everyone else, save for maybe the UK, but we're even getting pretty close to that!

I would have a privacy concern with it, and then your going to force everyone to do verification. Age verification isn't even passed here in the US, although a lot of companies do it. They wanted to make it law over the last couple yea

Can you have them translated into your native language? I mean I imagine if your using Google from a different country, it might take notice. Maybe it doesn't apply to reCAPTCHA, Google can be stupid like that!

First of all, why should I want them to set a cooky on my system? I don't want them to do that. Yeah, I do use session cookies. However, I shouldn't have to have a company set one on my system to get around their stupid CAPTCHA!!
