Seems like a plausible solution, although I don't think we can trust a single institution like github with that kind of ledger. Why not a public blockchain? We need a large jurisdiction to experiment with these kinds of ideas though. D

The main reasons to drive a Bolt are environmental and convenience of charging vs. filling up. The Model 3 looks and drives a lot better than most cars and has the added benefit of OTA updates. The downside is service though. Hopefully that
