I've always struggled with AoC in the past due to work and family commitments, but this year is different. I now have a work from home, flexitime job and thus so much more time to devote to it. Hope to make it beyond day 2 at least!

I worked in an office that had no mobile signal. So for me a 2fa SMS involved walking out of the office and down the road for a few minutes until the SMS came through and then running back to my desk in the hope that I get there in time to

Rogue can notify you when their kettlebells come in stock. I managed to nab one the other week. You have to act fast though, because they sell out pretty quick. https://www.rogueeurope.eu/rogue-kettlebells-eu

Yes! The build tool to use is Spago ( https://github.com/purescript/spago ). It uses package sets which ensures all the packages you use are compatible with eachother. It is incredibly simple to use. spago init

Thats interesting. I don't quite understand how that would work. So can you work around that requirement by just going: if false then <use my type> else <do my things> Technically it is used exactly once,

What are the best resources to learning WebRTC at the minute? It seems to be a pretty fast moving area, a lot of what I find out there is outdated.

https://codersteve.dev/post/ I've been writing about PureScript - primarily with Halogen. You should read it because I think the world would be a better place if more people used PureScript! :-) My (highly opinion

Indeed, this is a perfect example of why it only works when your types are sufficiently polymorphic, and how Haskells type system can't always capture all the required logic needed.

Elm is made for one thing - web apps. It does it well, but it's probably not the only language you would ever use. ReasonML/Ocaml is a general language. You can use whatever framework and platform you like. There is an Elm framewo

If you've not used an ML before, start with Elm. Once you feel you have that sussed - it shouldn't take too long - pull up ReasonML and give it a go. Use the Bucklscript-Tea library - the architecture will be familiar from Elm. Th
