Yeah, think it would be pretty bad. Adobe is already the dominant force in the design tool market. So far EU and UK aren't happy. Wonder they would pick Illustrator over Figma if they have to sell one of them.

Macromedia Fontographer is what I used many years ago. This is a nice replacement. There is also Glyphs but don't use it enough to pay for it
