There's a barista version for some brands and it comes with a small amount of rapeseed oil added in which helps with the blending process. Normal oat milk curdles otherwise.

Have you substituted butter out too? For cooking in most things the taste is generally better (unless you're trying to make a buttery croissant) and there's no impact on quality. I do find it hard to substitute out eggs though.

The best tasting plant based milk I've had and consume regularly is Plenish Oat Milk (UK). It's particularly creamy without having any oil additives, not great for frothing in coffee though.

This may be wrong, but a friend in logistics once told me that some companies insure large shipments to a partial amount. So if you budget to lose X% of shipments a year that's inline with the savings of Y% payments.

If you are fortunate enough to be in a position where you're earning enough to pay 40% tax then great for you! Paying tax is good for society, what's not great is companies avoiding it. The latter doesn't negate the former.
