What happens to wework when landlords one day offer leases directly to wework tenants? I’m not sure why landlords aren't doing that right now. Use wework to fill the building, then go around them to get more cash by leasing directly to

A skateboard works even better if you are using transit imo. Twice as fast as walking and you can stick it in between your legs on a crowded bus.

Moving people through town one by one and 20 feet apart burning 95% of the fuel just to move the vehicle is not efficient. Busses cram like 60 people in the space of 2-3 cars on the road and with a per person mpg of over 300.

I’ve been taking my skateboard on public transport and its been a boon for me. You cut walking time in half which is huge, and I can stick it in between my legs on a cramped bus and take up no more space than if I didn’t have it. My neighbo

Take writing an email to a professor vs going to office hours. You might write your question, hit send, then get the vaguest reply or one that doesn’t cover all the details that you need to understand the issue. If you go to office hours, t

The difference is in those places you have a lot more options to pivot to a new job. If the suburban office closes there are no jobs for you in the area and you’d have to relocate. Some people like remote work, but personally I don’t. I get

I dont think I could ever move back to the midwest. Spent a couple years in columbus and that city gets old pretty fast. Either you pay 1.3k a month to drink in a 4 story apartment complex with thin walls and a pool closed for 8 months of t

My gripe with vienna is that there is no way to hide the reading pane. You can have a nice list view but that reading pane always inches up from the bottom somehow.

Its the perfect use case of taxes: a pool of money for public well being. Being able to pee freely in a sanitary area and not on the ground is benefitting the public well being.
