You're describing external phenomena. Our experience of consciousness / qualia is simultaneously "known" and ineffible. How can we talk about what consciousness isn't, when we can't even talk about what it is?

I'm a web developer that has used VS Code for years, but these past few months have been using Rider for developing a Unity project. One thing that really stands out to me about Rider is the "Refactor" (Ctrl+Shift+R) feature;

Doesn't "ordinary" seem a bit of an exaggeration considering such things weren't even possible up until recently? It might be clickbait, but good grief, how can we already be this disenchanted with what is a miraculous

Folks, doesn't it seem a little harsh to pile downvotes onto this comment? It's an interesting objection stimulating meaningful conversation for us all to learn from. If you disagree or have proof of the opposite, just say so and

I'm seeing now that I should have disclosed this again at the beginning of this thread with my first reply, because now it's coming across as a deception, which was truly not the intent as shown my by earlier comments. Apologies f

I contracted with Karat previously, but don't have any present relationship with them or their executives. Communication is hard, and not everyone has time or energy to bridge the gap, which is fair! It's just a bummer to hear tha

This is not the feedback I've received, and I conducted like nearly 1000 interviews with Karat. On average we actually heard from people that Karat was their best experience by far, and that we made them feel like we were treating them

I worked with Karat as an interviewer for a few years at the most senior level and loved the experience (back then they were still Karat.io!). Pleased to see this success for them; it seems like a partnership made in heaven.
