I swap between kindle and audible daily. The syncing is generally good, byt i have had issues with some books. This alone has caused my reading to skyrocket. I swear i do 1-2 books a week this way

Im 45, and i can tell you getting a cell phone absolutely destroyed my ability to memorize phone numbers. During the 90s when i was in highschool i has all my friends numbers, parents work numbers, etc... memorized, i only know my parents

I deleted almost every app on my phone. I use reddit a bit and hn, but that's all the social stuff i do. Hell i use a pixel and disabled YouTube. It's a bit of a challenge at fist, but much much better after you adjust

I write code by hand every day. I do the main part of the feature implementation myself and leave comments for the code i want the agent to write. I have some skills and a command that sets the stage to get the agent to fill in the rest

Got any sources for those claims that show how broadly adopted ai is in those countries? I lookes at japan and china and could find a few articles, the anime one cites a single anime made with ai and nothing about its reception and similar

Id say it improved until about 2016, since then the additions have generally made the software worse. More overlays and popups More needlessly verbose navigation instructions Less predictable routes. Thats just the start
