The article's not entirely accurate. It says the storage bandwidth fees are "totally elimiated" but that's not true: > R2 will zero-rate infrequent storage operations under a threshold — currently planned to be in the

Are there any recent third-party Android ROMs (without any Google services) which send little or no telemetry data?

So now instead of annoying users with image or audio challenges, websites can annoy users by running up their electricity bills (CPU work aint cheap) and/or denying them access if they [selectively] disable JavaScript and/or block

Was this "article" written by an edgy teenager who just had their first quarter-life crisis? The writer just comes across as a needlessly cynical asshole, and not in an enlightened stoic way. If it was meant to be a comment on the

I thought a general rule was to use sans-serif fonts on electronic devices and serif fonts in print, because they are repsectively easier on the eye? This site - and other similar "web typography" sites - seems to immediately fall

Strangely this gave me pretty bad motion sickness. The controls don't feel nearly tight enough (on desktop). I kept dragging my mouse cursor off the edges of the screen.

It's ridiculously easy to spot fake reviews. The clearest giveaway is lots of customer photographs of the item. Multiple photos of the item and/or its packaging from different angles, adding absolutely no value to the review, is v

Honestly it's largely Chinese brands selling all sorts of crap. Any time you see a ridiculous-looking off-brand name, it's very likely they're using fake reviews to boost their position in the rankings. Often they will bulk-s

Shame the PC port was so terrible, and the developers flatly refused to fix or improve it. So much so that in the end a fan made a patch which fixed many of the issues. If your game is so crappy that the customers have to make their own pat

It's ironic that the example URLs on the Firefox Addons page are actually tracked by Mozilla via ` https://outgoing.prod.mozaws.net `. I assume this extension doesn't deal with that problem (redirect-type tracking URLs).
