I like that Process Hacker has broader set of features, but what I am missing compared to Process Explorer is the the ability to quickly identify the process by using the "sniper" and the integration with VirusTotal. I wish there

My guess is that they're not included due to internal politics. They were developed by Russinovich before he joined of Microsoft. I believe he mentioned in an interview that he used some undocumented windows APIs and that some Microsof
