It is definitely easier and quicker to skill up as a budding photographer now as feedback is instantaneous, and tutorials/tips are widespread. As a budding photographer back at the beginning of the 1990s, I sank a fortune into Fuji sli

The factor for me is that they are at least thinking about it. It feels as though the waste is an afterthought every time I read about desalination.

Yes, the waste always has to go somewhere, the choices are really about how quickly and how concentrated the waste is. (And where it goes, I suppose)

This is the winning sentence for me: Unlike some desalination systems, there is no accumulation of salt or concentrated brines to be disposed of.

No, not really. It's Welsh for "Hug".

90% of my use is actually just treating it like a whiteboard. The features that help me are the grid, the smoothness of the tools, the ease of export to slack and so on to quickly share. For example, I drew a diagram of a river to represent

A++ for Concepts, single most important app for me working with clients. So good, has helped me help clients for two solid years now.

Of course, I guess there's no perfect isolation. A friend at Amazon set me up a video call last year with an SA at AWS (Seattle/NW) so I could inquire about working there. It sounded pretty cool but I wasn't sure. I didn&#x27

Sorry to hear about your awful job, is this only in engineering or does it affect professional services like solutions architects etc too?

Must have been a bit of a relief, too!

I’ve been here and it’s very interesting talking to locals and seeing the place. The article SHOULD have mentioned the golf club! It’s basically desert and rocks and twinned with St Andrews! Brilliant!

I specifically stated highly processed foods as I’m aware that many foods are processed in order to extend their shelf life, rather than exist in the first place (e.g. we bake all our own bread, biscuits but it’s not realistic to make Mar

I love hearing about all the cool stuff coming out, but I still have a major concern that these might be the same as highly processed food that we have now and are pretty bad for you. The idea of shifting to vegan only to pour processed foo

There’s a great series of albums from the ‘Jazz Is Dead’ collective, FWIW :)

So glad you said this because the last month feels like a continual stream of ‘WTF is going on’ for me as every day brings a new event of chaos and disorder.

I lived in a flat managed by the Crown Estate and it was excellently managed, and then the whole thing was sold to Peabody and things were generally less good.

Minidisc is still going, it’s no vinyl revival but bands are releasing new music on MD, there’s a pretty healthy market on eBay for hardware, albums and blanks! Obviously there’s a hard limit to all this as nothing is in production anymore

How it works and what it does and what it's made of are very different things (cite: Zen And The Art Of Motorcycle Maintenance) and once the novelty of how it works has worn off (yes, kudos, BTW) what is left is a mildly interesting de

This is very much a given - start with the best and success is pretty much guaranteed. I am not sure many kids even know the difference between two schools, I certainly had no clue. Perhaps the costs these days - unaffordable - are making s

I hear you and it’s like this with my school alumni too, but I don’t think that the school and university can take too much credit for this, all these boys (and I went to a boys’ school, if that wasn’t clear) were very much like this at 11
