This is such a dumb point. When Ford started, horses were the main means of transportation. Comparing that to Tesla’s beginning, which was at the peak of car manufacturing, is stupid.

It’s a very evangelical phenomenon. These “activists” are no different than religious proselytizers. Maybe this is a very American thing due to the strong historical presence of the evangelical church.

The issue is not really that they discriminate (which is bad). But the fact that they have arbitrarily made this into a Zero Sum Game. Why an organization with 30 BILLION in endowment cannot admit more than 2000 eighteen year olds baffles m

How ridiculous. FB is paying $300,000+ per year for React developers. This is an extremely valuable skill to acquire. Even better at such a young age. This kid has a bright future.

The First Amendment strongly prevents something like this in the US. There is no way the state can control a religious organization here and that’s a good thing. Americans secularism >> European “secularism”. Islamic extremism in your

Thankfully the First Amendment prevents America from doing that here. I prefer American secularism over the weird European theocratic states that you describe.

No. That extremism can be explained by oppressive sexual culture in general, not only polygamy (which is not as widespread as people think). You can’t even date. Many marry young for that reason.
