I don't think that's the case. I was looking at some used Chevy Bolt models, and they can be found for quite cheap. I found a nearby 2022 model with only 20,000 miles on it listed for $19,000. I'm pretty sure I can negotiate

Relatively speaking yes. My Macintosh Quadra 605 was around $1000 in 1994 and was a low end model at the time. Today that $1000 would be around $2100 or so. I can get an entry level MacMini for $499.

I mean, you could probably say the same thing about some of the Mediterranean areas of Europe, which are also fire prone. But this has expanded in California with the large population increases since the 1970's.

It's explained by people expanding into more fire prone areas. This is exactly what is happening in the Western US. The article does mention this.

I'm sure it depends on where you live and the healthcare provider you have. I have Kaiser and can get seen within a week or so and usually the same with any specialist. Kaiser does everything in house, which helps with reducing delays.

Yeah, there's no way that the US would have less emissions dating back from 1850. That's the beginnings of the large scale Industrial Revolution in the US.

Isn’t that a good thing? Should students be promoted to a higher grade if the aren’t doing well. It’s really difficult to do this in California. My wife has dealt with high school seniors who are functionally illiterate. Maybe if they were

Where my wife works the average salary is over 100K per year, so not bad for 9 months of work. This is in California where the test scores are some of the worst in the nation. I would not lean too hard at political party affiliation, Califo

The Leaf's used to be pretty bad as far as electric cars went, with no active battery cooling or heating. I was pretty tempted to get a used Bolt EV. I've seen them for sub 20k with less than 30k miles on them. I've been driv

It looks like BART usage is way down from pre-pandemic levels, around half of what it used to be, and to top it off the BART system has added over 300 additional employees since 2019. It may be a tough sell to convince taxpayers to fork o
