Having spent a fair bit of time with them I think "Cistercians" is the term they prefer, at least in England, though the full OCSO is a bit of a mouthful.

The 1997 BBC Radio adaptation of TWoE (narrated by Judi Dench and Michael Maloney as Ged) is wonderful - parallel in quality to their 1981 Lord of the Rings adaptation.

It's about twice the price of Cadbury's in the UK, but significantly better quality. I often buy it when I see it, and it has fairly good shop distribution now.
