After working with ORMs for a long time, all I really want is a nice API for building queries (that actually supports all underlying database features) and automatic mapping of the results to whatever objects/structs and primitives the

The optimistic way to look at it though is that it wrote the boring 29 lines that you didn't want to write and got you straight to the actual problem that needs solving.

The subscriber count continues to grow, so it seems like the content is fine. Or at least not so bad that people are unsubscribing. It seems to me that Netflix still has the most generally appealing content. Yeah Disney has some of the bigg

I disagree with your point about juniors with unfinished side projects. There are fun parts of coding and tedious parts. Greenfielding, using a new language/framework/library, coming up with high-level architecture is fun. Trackin

It feels like they're always wasting the potential of the Mac Mini. I assume the whole point of the product is to be the cheaper desktop option (I could be wrong), but when you compare it to any Windows desktop, it's a bad value.

I wonder what would have to happen for iMessage to get adopted as a standard, or a similar standard to replace it. It's such a great technology, it's a tragedy that Apple has an iron grip on it.
