Probably worth mentioning that the submitted link is just the presentation by the author of Unpoly, with some history and reasoning, but the better explanation of Unpoly itself is on their website: https://unpoly.com/ Essay

To me personally, your product description here at HN (on top of this page) is more to the point than the copy on the homepage!

I actually use Pixelmator Pro vector tools a lot, for illustrating, not photo editing - they are quite basic (comparing to Illustrator) but for my specific needs it's quite enough.

I've been Photoshop user since, hmm, 2000? Gave up couple of years ago, and spent some time comparing Affinity Designer and Pixelmator Pro. For me personally, Pixelmator won, and it's been my editor of choice: https://w

That's a very valid report, thanks! I'll look into adding a search option to the wallpaper picker. This particular picture is called Library and is quite old :-)

Looks good! The design is, hm, very opinionated, but well done. Shameless plug - last year, I solve my New Tab page too :-) And it shares a lot of ideas with yours - https://new-tab.vlad.studio/

Here's my story with Brave. I am obsessed with browser interfaces, and have tried them all - Safari, Chrome, Vivaldi, Orion, Arc, Firefox. Because of my specific use cases, I always returned to Chrome. Brave initially turned me off - I

I'm not a dev (UX/UI designer) but I thought I'd share my perspective. I accidentally made several decisions in latest years that (in retrospective) made me more prepared for worsening of world economy. - A couple years ago,

The article left a bitter taste. It's probably intentionally all black and white, but it does sound almost passive-aggressive to me. I can safely consider myself senior designer (doing UX design for more than 20 years). I always ask ab
