This is the only sort of UX, interaction design and usability "top ten" list that should ever receive upvotes: one that cites references and only publishes information that has been validated in some fashion.

I would shy away from this. For "enterprise collaboration," there's no way to have "enterprise management" with multiple, disparate tools. That means no centralized access control, no fine-grained permissions, etc., across all the tools.

I used this phone for over a year. Texting is incredibly awkward, all lower-case, and you can only see seven characters at a time. I got used to it, but I preferred not to. Address book is stored only in the SIM, which I think is fairly

Unfortunately, I've found articles on this site to be poorly articulated opinion pieces, written from broken premises and with incorrect information, rather than actual UX practice documentation. Comments that disagree and point out errors

In a previous workshop, we talked about what's necessary to call yourself a UX. Part of the problem is that UX is the evolution of the original "web designer" catch-all role, and many designers with a current title of Senior UX or IA or so

40-60+ hour weeks for a year isn't solid? Even if you weren't brought on full-time, all the Drupal shops in Austin can't fill their demand, so I don't think you'd have a hard time finding a job afterward. We're not just one of the biggest
