They haven't uncovered who created bitcoin yet. While working with exchanges accounts can be linked to a person. The ability to do this at scale or find any person from any account isn't real.

Add it only in the queries that require that column. Knowing where you need a new column should make adding a field easy.

I would write a view and then you can do select * or move 800 columns names into rows in another table and create another table with an id,field and data column or separate...

In theory yes. When you are joining two tables that have the same column names you have to alias them anyways.

Sometimes we fear and fight reality. If the Bell Curve has information / facts that upsets your worldview don't be so fearfull. Embrace new ideas and change your worldview. You can run but you can't hide from the truth.
