TweetDeck used to let you post long messages. Have they stopped doing that, or is Prolifi.cc trying to let you do something else?

I wasn't clear (just updated the previous comment). What I am wondering is - does this lead to the entire patent industry coming crumbling down? I am expecting that part might not be likely, but I am trying to figure out what part is to be

Now that this has happened, I am wondering what the direct implications of this are to the industry (especially the 'dismissed with prejudice' part). edit: added the "to the industry" part.

The link title needs to change, i.e. remove the 'how' from it (this is not on the linked post).

Actually, my reaction as well. I was thinking that this was going to be a piece on how to copy well (re: "Good artists copy; great artists steal").

The site is language neutral, but I do go beyond standard Docco for Objective C and Java apps.

I liked the idea. But perhaps it needs to be tweaked. Getting gaming right is hard. Maybe: * offer a $100 credit to start off. * offer more services than just a tweet if successful - for example a very simple feedback widget that shows up.

Looks great. It would be awesome if you could just enter a URL to start discussions with. As for paying accounts - maybe keep 3-5 free design feedback free per user. That way people can try it, get some value from it, and the professionals

I completely agree with the above. I spent my PhD building prototypes and tools for the above. Check out what we have done at: http://www.architexa.com . Would love to hear your thoughts (see my profile for my email address). And feel free

I don't think usability is the point. I believe they are going for cleaner code for when timing capabilities need to be used. Use of timing capabilities can have a lot of benefits.

The problem with self-hosting is one of managing the servers. When you are a small team the effort is just not worth it. Yes, there are risks when you give your code to someone else, but hopefully a company whose job is to host source repos

Glad to see that you have a great set of people endorsing you guys. I can't imagine people better than Andrew Carengie, Amelia Earhart, and Noah.
