What you are referring to sounds more like "passion" than "care" and those are 2 different things which express in different personal traits. Passion is nice, but as author above I'd prefer to have a person who care

afaik atm it doesn't allow to send a plain text email (but it can display them), the only "output" format supported is HTML.

Yeah, had to do it too, but it's actually fixed, seems both of us are victims of outdated docs as support responded with a link to a neeer version on Github which has this issue solved. https://github.com/Backblaze&#x2F
