Great question, glad I am not the only one. So much great stuff you can do with Rmarkdown but inevitably you have to dig deep into LaTeX if you are going to customize/standardize docs to your business.

I was told by someone high up in IT, 99% of wealthy mainlanders all use V-P-N. Not going to fool or pull wool over eyes of the intelligent with big money.

I respect your opinion. Thinking out loud, why are they so assertive in representing their opinions in intimate relations then? Master negotiators in many instances really with a grab bag of tactics.

"Hurting the feelings of..." is the blanket whine for anything deemed unacceptable. Not going to play well in the free, democratic, mature thinking world.

One my pet peeves running a small professional services agency in Shanghai editing English resumes, creating LinkedIn Profiles, interview coaching and similar academic support, is when a prospect comes in all hot and heavy. They love the d

Yes, from a professional resume writer's perspective, this is excellent advice. It is a waste of valuable space and considered archaic.

A clear and present danger. Youth are being exposed and educated to a much higher level today. They know full well the uselessness of such dogma and warped thinking.

As a student in Japan, I was introduced to businessmen, to teach English, during their real estate boom. They just so happened to be the children of fathers who had buildings near the Imperial Palace, so became rich (on paper, 100MM+ USD)

I believe trello or one of the other successful business SaaS (zapier or typeform) have a great onboarding board on trello. A quick google should surface it. Looked at it 6 months ago and thought pretty comprehensive.

I love dokku for simple deployments. Even a blind truffle pig can do it on DO. Good for a bunch of microservices. Only issue at the moment is slapping Hugo on the raw domain.

What are you trying to get done? As for your question, there are some upwork type websites but I am not sure of the quality. You have to vet your counterparties very carefully here as schemes and frauds are enormous. As a legit company it

One of the greatest stories I ever heard was of my wife's grandfather. He was a Sikh Indian with a hugely prominent position running a 1,000 man unit in the Indian army. Because of weird US immigration laws in the 1970s and his famil

Too bad the thing remains so freaking buggy. I have to reboot every 3-4 hours after years of 12.04-17.10 running for days, weeks even. I would pay to get stability back!

Easy credit was one of the primary drivers of the death of the America dream. All anchoring to intrinsic value was lost when people could pay the markup on the product and carry the debt burden on top.
