I noticed recently that the Android UI was updated and a lot of my frustrations have gone away. Primarily around updating my current progress and adding to different shelves seems wot work much better.

I highly recommend Code by Charles Petzold. Personally, it helped me to have a more intuitive understanding of clock cycles and the underlying architecture of computers. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/44882.C

I've thought this would make sense too and I feel like I'm missing something as to why it hasn't been implemented. Complexity perhaps? Interesting to note, though, that we do have weak forms of braking that don't light u

I disagree with that assertion. When looking for my current position, I had a much higher response rate when each resume was tailored to the position. Tailoring, in this case, meant relatively minor tweaks - if it was a more engineering rol

I love learning and reading about the technology behind some of my favorite features. Motion Photos (and Apple's version as well) has been one of the biggest "I didn't know I wanted this" features on modern smartphones f

I find notebooks to be great for prototyping longer pipelines or processes. Instead of having to constantly get fresh data, particularly if it's from an external API, the notebook can persist the data in memory and you can iterate on t
