Yeah, i imagine in cases where this is to be expected, the sumps themselves need to be much larger (or have more of them) and the pumps need to be higher duty and intended to move more water. Certainly exceptional, but i'd hope anticip

If it’s anything like a regular house sump pump (which i suspect it’s not, they should be way higher duty in a building like this), I’ve seen the pumps last 10-20 years without too many issues.

This. To me it's like being a paper form printing company when computers were just becoming mainstream. Your days are numbered, deal with it and survive or don't and you wont.

The oil from the tar sands isn't clean, there's no great reasons for it to come from Canada (I'm Canadian too before anyone jumps on that). Sure, it's extracted under better working conditions than many places in the wor

Years back i seriously considered an Iran trip out of general curiosity about the region. It quickly became clear this would inhibit future travel to the US so i figured it wasn’t worth the trouble. Super disappointing, it would be cool to

It’s funny. For all the hate php gets these days, it was a pretty big part of the web getting to where it’s at today. I was super pleased when php 7 came out, this project isn’t going anywhere just yet.

This comment reminds me of a car auction i went to years ago: This 2 yr old car with around 250,000kms on it came up, likely used for long distance travel as this was in rural Australia. The car looked like a 2 year old car inside and out,

Is it just me or does the voiceover in the video on this page seem low quality? It sounds like was recorded in a real low bit rate. I would expect much more from a company claiming to focus on high quality synthetic voice. I also hate those

Glad someone brought up radon. No one knows about it. Get a HRV or ERV and ideally slab depressurization, Google the terms if unfamiliar folks! Enjoy the diy projects haha

I love, as an Australian, waking up in the morning seeing the Australians all talking. During the day it’s all North Americans, but obviously this is a game of time zones. Anyway. I just wanted to say that, and also, this issue is seemingly

Interesting. I only first used these ISO labels around 2011, so the two letter versions for Australia never hit me. However, having grown up in NSW, i can attest that it’s never been a two letter abbreviation in common language. Likely the
