one does not just "throw tokens" at a problem, Ai is not that capable, and we are talking about MS Office file format, likely a NP hard problem

That came up in this interview. They talked about several of his papers, the one about task creation from technology he said they didn't have great data, but another group since has done a much better job and came to the same conclusio

distillation is a minor piece of training data, you have to have a good foundation for it to be helpful, and even if you have good traces, you need a good RL reward scheme at the point it is used (very challenging)

your post is an author's words, not your own, though I suspect GP was being snarky, unclear if this is fair use :] regardless, asking to be hired is against HN's posting guidelines, there is a post today you can add a comment to

Thanks Simon! Scroll better now, but something still feels off about the page (to me), perhaps I'm not used to such a large "navbar" area. The "breadcrumb" feels like "false advertising" to me too :]

You missed the point, a resume is insufficient (imo) for finding compatible jobs (from my perspective of what "compatible" means). In other words, my ethics are not represented in my resume, ergo you cannot do the filtering I need

I don't really want the models I use learning from Claude at this point. Open weight models of similar scale are available now too, so I expect this "distillation"/"stealing" chatter to wind down.

My experience is otherwise, try alternative search SaaS like Exa, i.e. pay per search, but use multiple because they return different sets. My agent looks at the results, includes some, performs more searches. It's more of a deep searc
