I don't know about that... for example, as smartphones become more and more ubiquitous, it becomes easy and cheap for people of all income levels to indulge in visual & auditory sensory overload. I'm currently traveling in Asi

Do you really need that though? If revenue is not large enough to start a BV? You can still get insurance and separate bank accounts. I did it before with a Dutch partner, we just started a VOF together. Our plan was to turn it into a BV on

IMHO there's different kinds of ignorance. There's a difference between the absence of knowledge and misperception of reality. The first is an intellectual type of ignorance: the lack of information. The latter is the lack of wisd

You have other options, like VOF or CV, if you have funding constraints. Here in Belgium there's the "starters-BVBA" which is the equivalent of the 1 euro GmbH. Yes, there's paperwork and some investment involved, but IM

How does it disregard Occam's Razor? To me it's more mystical to invoke an outside, actual material reality existing, separate from our observer perspective. How can it not be the same?

Despite how much I love technology and innovation, that 2 minute video made me a bit nauseous. It reminded me of the last part of the Koyaanisqatsi movie.

I'm pretty sure that's wrong or the wrong data point. Livestock is the largest source of methane emissions and methane plays a larger role in climate change. Not to mention that eating less meat is just karmically/ethically w

You can configure your email preferences and you can even delete your account. Setting up filtering rules on the word "LinkedIn" in the body of any email doesn't seem like the best strategy to me.

I think the trick is to reverse your thinking. Looking for answers to existential questions outside ourselves is just a rabbit hole leading to more questions. I'd love to be proven wrong, that would make things a heck of a lot simpler.
