Yes, they are larger. I noticed with the first ones that when I lie in bed horizontally, and read a book on my iPad (positioned on my chest), the very bottom of the screen is visible under the bottom edge of the first pair of glasses. It&#x

I think the science around blue-light-blocking glasses is being seriously questioned (and in my own experience, detailed in my other comment, most of the models on the market don't have any discernible effect). But I believe the scie

I empirically tested these types of glasses over the past 18 months with my own n=1 study. There are a lot of confounding variables pretty much wrecking my shit (a regrettable period of "crunch time" at work, sometimes drank too m

Out of curiosity, why did you stop your meditation routine? Anyway, I agree with you — meditation appears to be able to make that kind of introspection automatic, which is a real boon. That's true in my own experience over the past 3 m

Whenever I see a mountain lately, I run to the top of it so I can sing the praises of my 31.5-inch Dell UP3218K 7680 x 4320 8K computer monitor. I'm a software engineer by trade, so I am looking at code all day long, plus lots of web s

I recently switched from macOS to Pop OS, but I used Ubuntu as my Linux (in VMWare Fusion) for the previous 5 years. Pop OS is essentially Ubuntu with a few enhancements. It is not a very different experience. I like the zero-effort, zero-c
