I assume that to prevent DoS attacks, the backend would need to know the list of allowed queries. This change would be easier than changing a rest api, for example.

Most definitely it's fixed in OpenRA. I have not heard good comments about remaster other than graphics due to them not addressing mechanics/gameplay issues such as balance.

Are these simulations public? Can I run see and run the code? Are all aspects taken into account that can affect the outcome, such as, Earth's magnetic field strength, activity of the Sun, shifting of magnetic poles?

IMO TodoMVC is not a good way to compare front-end libraries/frameworks because the necessary complexity is too low to demonstrate how issues that would happen in a larger code base would be solved.

Yes, React will be baked into the browser, wasm will be supported widely and everyone will write JS in their favorite language. Not to mention JS will have threads.
