That was an awesome read. Always fun to read about drugs, but this seems like it was written quite a while ago... wonder if anything has changed since.

This article sounds silly. Most of us have grown up with our parents talking to their friends in "real life". I don't know about some of you, but I definitely talk to my friends face-to-face, whenever I can... To me, the Internet and social

I can't help but wonder whether this would've been near impossible if you had not given out your personal details. I've been using the Internet, IRC etc since I was about 8. Not until I was about 21 did I ever use my real name, address etc.

I saw this posted in the comments on another thread and spent hours reading the whole thing -- epic journey, and I absolutely adored the photographs of North Korea. It looks surprisingly beautiful, in its own way.

I discovered groups quite recently, and colour me surprised at the kind of stuff that goes in on some of them. I joined this local car club group, and there's literally hundreds of people every day posting up pictures of their cars asking f

10 years is far too long. I agree the punishment for hacking emails should be harsh, because your email is your life . But not 10 years... because reading or leaking someone's email is not akin to killing them.

Not necessarily. PTSD is a lot more complex than simple depression. Doctors will try and fix the depression, but then something else will "arrive" and wreck havoc. Whether that's anxiety, flashbacks or something else that's not "always ther

Forgive me if I'm wrong, however isn't this what Kim Dotcom was going to do with his music service? Hit the labels where it'd hurt them the most (less profits) - then the raid came. I also wonder if Microsoft is currently thinking of someth

I've always wondered why big tech companies haven't used New Zealand as an experimental place for their "plans". What I mean by that is, we have 4 million people, and we're not a large place by any means (2,000km in total length, something

What kind of bugs me is why the small start-ups who are actually making money from day one don't really receive much money. I mean, $700,000 (pulled from thin air) in funding is good, don't get me wrong - but if they're making money and the
