1) Is it free? 2) Is it supported by all websites and apps I use? 3) Is it supported by all devices I use? Until the answer to all of those is "yes", passwords will remain superior.

I hate this. I hate that 2fa is becoming mandatory for more and more services because people can't be arsed to keep their passwords secure. I hate having to look at my mail to copy a stupid code every time I log into a website. Please

Same thing I thought. Really “I suppose it saves on tyres” is a put-down? Maybe it's the author who doesn't have a sense of humour. OTOH he thinks women saying “You should dress up as Santa for the children” is praise and not a pu

The fact that even those who don't drive cars hate cyclists says something. As a pedestrian I see myself much more endangered by cyclists, which swerve everywhere (including the pavement), than by cars, which stay within their lanes.

From the perspective of the US that makes sense. It's legal to say practically everything but hostings will kick you out if they don't like you. But in the EU speech is restricted and hostings won't kick you out unless you sa

If anything, every time I have to click through one of those banners I wish that activist organisations/politicians had to pay me for having to go through it.

There is no leader per se, but there's always that one person who convinces everybody else to do something, and that one person who must be there every time the group meets else most members don't feel like going... etc

I agree that you do not want tinnitus, but you also do not want worsening eyesight and hearing, less nimbleness, etc and you get all of that as you age anyway.

What's stupid, that there are many more unattractive people in advertisements today that ten years ago? You may disagree if you want but I don't see how that observation is "stupid". No idea what incel vibes means...

I assume that this means that ipv6 will be supported by 100% of Czech ISPs, but still, Czech citizens are supposed to be able to access Czech government sites even if they are abroad. Many countries don't have much ipv6 adoption yet. I
