Claws mail had this by default. Thunderbird fortunately via the Nostalgy extension. It's been a lifesaver since claws mail never implemented HTML mail, forcing me to move to Thunderbird for 21st century text formatting ten years ago.

I use screen stream, it's floss, can send data to any video player or open broadcast studio... but no audio, video only.

This started happening to me after I stopped using Chromium and went back to Firefox couple of years back. Switching to Duckduckgo eliminated this nonsense completely.

I use it regularly and have self hosted webdav server for this reason. iirc, extension for custom server is required, but the functionality comes from Firefox.
