"These are hard questions, and a lot of people outside of us tech guys are thinking about it." It seems to me there is an easy answer. Building Robots that can kill people without supervision is currently a terrible idea. AI, o

If this trend continues I can't see myself continuing to develop for windows. Creating an environment hostile to developers might makes some parts of windows more intuitive for inexperienced users, but it will hurt their ecosystem in

That's probably fair. It likely would have taken me a minute to do the mental math. The burst force approach took 15 seconds of typing and very little mental effort.

Problem 5 was fun. My solution was less complex: if (((i * i) + 7 * i + 89) % 77 == 0) System.out.print(i);

I see it as a chicken vs egg problem. The reason only 1 in 10 schools offer programming classes is probably the same reason CS jobs go unfulfilled. There are not enough people with the required expertise. I'm not studying Computer S

I have mixed feelings about this. An experienced programmer might know the best way to structure a application simply from past experience. In this situation, a blueprint ensures that everyone is on the same page and saves an enormous amo

Oh I wasn't questioning the value of the Mac App Store. As a tool for installing free apps it's fantastic. However as a developer if you want to make money off of an application the Mac App Store is all but useless. Even if you
