> Certainly not near as much weight as the load on local welfare systems, personal history, culture fit, and so forth. Why do you think this? I personally believe the opposite and think world wide semi-open borders would be for the best.

Even the big companies pay less in Canada. I love my home but I am making 3x the money as an intern than I would as a full time dev in Toronto. Unfortunately I cannot stay.

I think it is too much. I pay my hydrobill and I still have no idea how to visualize a hwh. However saying 12000 homes for 3 seconds makes sense for me. It is roughly the same power that a large neighbourhood would use. Also, what does the

I'm not sure if it is the worst, but one issue is bruteforcing valid premium logins on sites.

The reason this is bad is because fresh email lists like this are used with common password lists to bruteforce logins to common sites. With 1.9 million valid emails, odds are some have used insercured passwords on some sites. Because of th

I think mostly it is the fit and finish. I've been in a 2016 BMW 750i and a 2013 Model S, for about a total of maybe 30 minutes in the BMW and 10 in the Tesla. The interior of the 7 series seemed special to me. All of the buttons felt

Wal-mart doesn't care about waste - I doubt any big corporations do. What Wal-mart does is just pass along that cost to every other customer, and in the end that is the only person you are hurting.

SCBW does in fact have a fairly active community. They have a stream up that play's games between bots 24/7 and the IRC is also fairly active. Also check out the "StarCraft Artificial Intelligence & BWAPI" Facebook g

I think Googling the question exactly and copy and pasting the answer would qualify as cheating. (Disclaimer: I completed an internship at Amazon and accepted a second internship)

I don't think it is correct to get the expected value of suicides using the national average. College-educated people employed at a high paying job living in Seattle may be much less likely to kill themselves. (Making some assumptions

Did you try negotiating? Despite conventional wisdom, (at least with some offered salaries), you can negotiate a raise. I got a significant increase in salary when negotiating for my return internship offer.

If you are interesting in learning more about some of the art of creating addiciting products, I'd recommend Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products[0]. Great book that lays out some of the foundations in an easy to understand way.

I don't think the anger is people bought their home 20 years ago. It's from people who rent; people who grew up with their parents and want their own place in the city; people who have moved to the area for a job and cannot afford

That assumes that Republicans agree with that hypothesis. Although I don't know the context of Tysons quote, I assume however that he means that efforts are allocated to the 'correct' areas of science.

That may be an ok definition for you, but it most certainly isn't for SC2. I wasn't anywhere near the pro level and I would peak at 300 apm and would spend most of the game around 200. 12 APM is borderline not playing.

It appears that this isn't one of those cases. On June 27th, someone pointed out in the Chrome bug tracker[0] that an ad network called RevDefender started using WebSockets to deliver ads. [0] https://bugs.chromium.org/

Another really cool use case will be sending your car to drive around the block for an hour or go back to your house and park, while you are going out to places. Beats paying the $10 to park for an hour.

The best definition I can come up with is that Apple does not regret removing it in the future. I suspect they will be correct. I don't see people passing up on MBPs over this, and in 5-10 years people will stop missing the function ke

Although people place a lot of trust in Apple, I think the proverb of "trust but verify" applies here. We shouldn't just take it on faith that Apple has made the correct choice.
