Am I missing something ? I see a lot of the small-scale models results but no results for DeepSeek-R1-671B-Q4_K_M on their github repos.

Is this amount of RAM really that expensive? 6x 64GiB DDR4 DIMMs are < $1,000.

It has a tiny amount, I believe it was 8MiB. That's Mega, not Giga.

Well, Intel abandoned hyperthreading with Lunar Lake, so it's definitely going out of fashion.

I suspect that utmost performance was not the main focus of the project. Nevertheless, the complexity of the project would not be different if a different CoM was to be adopted. Even creating a custom CoM doesn't seem that much more co

There are a lot of people that have spent copious amounts of time solving these problems. Fewer than 1.4% of the registered Eulerians have solved more than 100 problems. Releasing the solutions for these trivializes their work, as now anyon

void* is leaps-and-bounds different from void. It is an expression, it has storage, you can actually assign something to it. You can't have a variable of type void; "void var;" is meaningless. A function doesn't "re

Well, at the risk of stating the obvious: `return expr;` is meant to return whatever expr evaluates to. Here, g()'s return type is void, so there's no value to return and at the same time, f()'s return type is void, so return

Great project. This seems to be bringing the technology of the DaVinci Color [mini] printers from XYZprinting to the OSS world. Those 3D printers were quite expensive.

$200 seems quite cheap for full-color capability. The two technologies are not really comparable.

Pdfs are perfect on the kindle scribe, so long as they are not color. This is my primary use for the device. On smaller kindles, pdfs are probably a pain to read though.

Certainly. The most recent hardware run I was involved in was a group buy for a custom keyboard that a few of us got together and ordered from JLCPCB [1]. This was a lot of fun and trivially easy to do: We didn't have to provide any pa

Same goes for the ZX Spectrum Next. The engineering team had to redesign the PCB to switch from a Spartan-6 to an Artix-7 between their two Kickstarters.
