Congrats on the project. Without loading and looking myself, how are the file accessible on the server? I asked because I'd like to have clients use this to send ME files only. Is that an option?

You could create a "Standard" account for your day-to-day. Then no need for virus protection. ^_^ To install software, you'll have an extra step of typing in the admin user name and password. Nice.

I use BBEdit for its text-only and RegEx and really enjoy it. I must admit, I do like MS OneNote as I can write a note and see it on all my devices.

There are 2 ways to do it: 1) Cold call on the phone or in-person. I did this for 9 month back in the day before I got my first client. It was uncomfortable for me as a young man but necessary. 2) Steal them. You probably hear this in lore

I use a system. I use a general subject the a number then the service name. In this way all my passwords are different yet memorable. So here would be "car44hackernews" and for facebook would be "car44facebook".

Shared bookmarks are most important to me so I use Pinboard.in and GetPocket on each computer. For documents I use MicroSoft OneCloud or whatever its called today. And lastly, my fav, is I have a SanDisc SD Plus Ultra II that lays very flat
