https://ev-database.org allows sorting but not filtering by efficiency. For me the range + efficiency are the 2 most important EV technical specs, it should always be there. I don’t care about the battery’s capacity if I know th

My wife with Long Covid has sudden rises up to 150 while resting. Before that she had a rather low rate and she was totally healthy. I wouldn’t rule out that a lot of people around might have some of the Long Covid symptoms like the heart i

Yes, they do work and sometimes pretty good. It mostly depends on the implementation team. SAP which is the one I know, has plenty of defects but also a lot of virtues. A good implementation and customizing team can make it run properly.

But the median quality you get it’s not the same. Basically because a good amount of the top engineers move out for better salaries. As the salaries get better in India, it’s easier to find good engineers, but then the salary difference is

Tesla had around 20% margin per car compared to the below 10% (sometimes much below) of the industry. They were ready for dropping the prices as soon as their production scaled to the point where they were not selling all they could make. O

Seems like factoring the location is the easiest solution. If energy were much cheaper in Scotland, some factories would move there, more people would move there as well and you would not need to transport so much energy across the country.

Yes, I was thinking the same. It will of course still be much more expensive than a flat wall but paying for a digital sculptor + a robot reproducing the work fast and repeatedly will reduce costs significantly

I think most comments ignore that Tesla is making much more profit for each car sold than its competitors. I didn’t make the math but I remember Tesla margin being around 20% while average in industry is quite below 10%. Tesla is increasing

I think the recruiter meant 90€ as freelance and you asked 100k as permanent? In Europe de permanent contract includes a lot of benefits and a big risk for the company: holidays, unemployment coverage, sick coverage and normally other thing

It was a difficult decision for me to spend 1.300 EUR in a Brompton, but I don't regret it a little bit. I have to admit I didn't use any alternative as a long term foldable bicycle, but after 3 years with the Brompton I don'

That's the Brexiters logic, but it turns out UK was not only contributing to the EU but also trading. Now it doesn't need to contribute anymore but it also lost exports, access to talent and so on.
