If the plane was big enough and flights were booked more than a year in advance they would use actuary tables to be better at overselling flights. I've worked for airlines so that they could do this, including Air Canada. Yield managem

Some of the most fun I've had was company team building at habitat for humanity. I basically learned how to frame, insulate, and finish a home in 2 days. I think most engineers love this stuff.

Companies must now report credit card transactions to the IRS. It's possible for them to see % of cash vs credit and the amount topped in credit. It would not be hard for them to audit you, the worker, if you report lower cash tips tha

I'd love to see a teacher apply how modern influencers approach media. Gary Vaynerchuk is an extreme example. Create a lecture, put it online. Then create 5x10 second soundbites of the most meaningful parts. Then create meme+quotes to

I'm pretty sure I can get a job if my company dies. Workers don't have a good incentive to offset the human need to want more more in worker wages which may be counterproductive to the long term viability of a company to compete.

I hate to say this, but the jobs that most of us did to get in the door no longer exist. Most people create websites without any html or programming experience. You pick a CMS and buy a theme that has a few options. Gone are the days of nee
