Don’t worry, you don’t need to attack them – they do a great job of making themselves look ridiculous with their ignorant conversation. I would be so embarrassed if I had suggested that in public then subsequently discovered that the header

I would say that the antithesis of this would be something like the Zelda Breath of the Wild. Sure, it doesn’t have the far reaching “million planets in a galaxy” thing going on, but it’s still vast for the purposes of being able to wander

This is likely a technical limitation rather than a preference; with the requirement to be so thin, there is probably not enough room for the necessary depth scanning hardware required for Face ID.

I mean sure that makes sense - but the OP isn’t even getting any information to confirm or deny this. If that’s the case Google should explain the issue.

Ahh that’s great - been waiting for something that works with my firmware for my LG TV (a C1). Any idea, once rooted, what commands I can run just to disable all the ads, bloatware and spyware?

I don’t think there will be any confusion. Clearly this is not referring to this random new Twitter thing you’ve linked to that most people have never heard of, it is referring to Twitter the previously global piece of software with hundred

Just so you know – if you are reading this – X is no longer an effective form of publishing as I will not, now or ever, create an account just in order to read something that you have written on there.

Granola terrifies me. It’s highly capable at summarisation, and seems to be free. What’s the catch? Generally speaking, if something is free then my attention or my data tends to be the product – and when that thing runs in the background o

Once trained and fine tuned, can the model be uploaded or transferred to a lower spec server somewhere (eg a cheap cloud server) to use as an on-demand service, or does inference carry the same fairly beefy hardware requirements?

The physical world has age checks when kids attempt to enter a premises with dangerous or unsuitable content - eg bars, casinos, strip joints. These seem largely accepted as a good thing. Why do so many seem to feel that the same protection

I mean the current US president literally threatened to increase EU trade tariffs if the EU tries to get the big tech companies to pay their fair share of tax here. You can’t have it both ways.

I remember that my ZX Spectrum 48k came with a big orange book of BASIC programs to type in. One of which was some sort of mystical “reflect on the runes” program that printed ancient symbols to contemplate. It had a written comment in the

Well that’s just snarky and not very nice. The guy has 30 years experience as a dev according to a sibling comment so it’s not as though it’s some vibe coded junk. Why do you believe a good dev can’t use AI to assist in writing great code?
