I was responding to 'people insist on using Linux specific stuff instead of UNIX'. As far as I can tell there is no way to do containers without doing highly platform specific stuff. It would be very useful if the platforms worked

If this feature ever becomes the default (ie not behind a flag) - how will the NPM ecosystem respond? Will contributors still bother to build CJS end EJS versions when publishing a NPM module, or just slap an 'engine: nodejs >= 25&#

One advantage of SAML over OIDC - they standardized IDP initiated login, so you can skip the "login using..." button when sending an already logged in user to a third party system. But the various XML canonicalization specs, XML t

It's always easy with hindsight to tell how to prevent something. In this case, a comment might have helped why the #ifdef was needed, eg void CloseAllFromTheHardWay(int firstfd) //Code here must be async-signal-safe! Loc

Agreed. But this is SMTP, I have no doubt there are gateways out there that will reencode the mail and put the dot back in the wrong place, eg in the name of wrapping all URLs behind a phishing-warning-page

How so? Quoted printable doesn't require the dot to be encoded. Maybe you're thinking of base64 encoding?

Would it be possible to always offer the last 14 days of stats, but only allow a login/access to that data eg 3 or 7 times ? I wonder if that might fit the average pattern of a casual stats user a bit better (only actually checking the
